Extrusion Dies and Product Line Components

E & D Engineering Systems, LLC has a wire EDM machine that is commonly used for machining with complex profiles. We are capable of building whole plastic extrusion line components or of doing a complete production line redesign. We have a CNC 3-axis machine to perform these processes. We can produce vacuum & cooling dies and we have designed and built adjustable extrusion dies. We commonly make changes to speed up production or for cost savings.
